Mr. Dillon has worked in the behavioral health field for over 30 years, holding most clinical and management positions including COO of a large Midwest non-profit counseling agency.
In November, 2011, he formed his own consulting organization, Innovaision, LLC, focusing on helping behavioral health and other human services organizations become more innovative and effective. He is experienced in strategic planning, program development, grant writing and management, and mergers/acquisitions.
Mr. Dillon is the Past President of the State Associations of Addiction Services (SAAS) board, and the current board President of the NIATX Foundation. Mr. Dillon has been on the faculty of the Advanced International Symposium on Addictive Disorders, Behavioral and Mental Health, since 1985.
