Scott is the president and CEO of Link-age. He’s spent the last 14 years working diligently with the Link-age board of directors and staff to create and execute bold visions for the organization and its principal members, all while overseeing the budget and ensuring that Link-age is a great place for its employees to work. Scott also serves on the Board of Managers as well as the Investment Committee of the Ziegler Link-age Longevity Private Equity Fund. Scott has extensive experience in executive management, leadership development and contract negotiation.
Prior to joining Link-age, Scott was a vice president and senior account executive with GE Capital Commercial Asset Funding and held senior management positions in the commercial real estate and textile industries.
In addition, Scott is a nationally-recognized expert in the longevity economy and has provided counsel to the UK Foreign Investment Council, spoken at the Boomer Ventures Summit in Silicon Valley, been a panelist at the prestigious “What’s Next” conference and a speaker at Innov8 for Health as well as the Gerontological Society of America’s Scientific Conference. He also consults regularly with public and private companies about product and service development.
In 2012, Scott was a nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Lead Magazine 2014 CEO of the Year award winner. He is currently a member of Vistage, a business networking organization that helps CEOs and executives grow their businesses. When not at work, Scott donates his time as a President of the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Board of Trustees as well as a member of the Leading Age Ohio Foundation and the Cincinnati State Foundation Board of Directors.
